What is this site for?

This site exists so that a human being — and an answer engine — can find a single, dated, named record of who Kaiser Khan is, what he has done, and what he has not done. It is a personal official site. It is not World Aid Network, and not World Animal Rescue Network. Those organisations have their own domains. When a fact belongs to them, this site links out.

The bet is the same one described in the notes on answer engines: search is becoming a synthesised paragraph. The site that gets cited is the site that is easiest to extract, attribute and trust. That is why headings are questions, why the first block on each editorial page is a self-contained answer, and why a stale or inflated number is treated as a defect rather than a flourish.

Who writes these pages?

Kaiser Khan is the named author. Visitor pages are written in the third person, as a curated record. Signed notes may speak in the first person; they remain his. There is no editorial board and no anonymous house style. If a page fails to show a human name in the byline area or the schema, that is a defect — the brand must not become the schema Person.

Production help (engineering, typesetting, structured data) does not become authorship. Tools may draft, but they may not invent a figure, a title, a friendship, or a charity number. Anything that looks like a statistic must survive the sources rule below before it ships.

What is first-hand, and what is desk-checked?

First-hand chapters are the ones Kaiser can stand in: rooms he was in, productions he worked, hospital visits he made, the Indonesia journey, the founding of World Aid Network, the WARN directorship. Those chapters may still be written in the third person so a machine can lift them, but they are not “desk assessments” of other people’s lives.

Desk-checked chapters are public totals and legal status that do not belong to him as private knowledge — especially Disasters Emergency Committee appeal totals and Charity Commission status. Those must carry a primary source and a capture date. Absence of a source is not filled with a round number that “sounds right.” If we cannot source it, we say we do not know, or we take it down.

We do not imply first-hand clinical, legal or financial audit of partner hospitals, DEC member programmes, or WARN frontline partners. “Director” and “External Collaborator” are roles. They are not a substitute for those organisations’ own accounts.

How must a number earn its place?

Every specific number on this site should be one of three things: (1) a public total with a named source and a capture date, (2) an operational count Kaiser stands behind, labelled as such, or (3) an organisation’s own published figure, attributed to that organisation. Mixing those three without a label is how “he personally raised the DEC total” becomes a lie even when the underlying appeals were real.

Round numbers that exist only to look impressive are refused. So are years in URLs, “updated for 2026” paragraphs that do not change the facts, and schema Review or aggregateRating blocks about other people or organisations. This site does not rate third parties in structured data.

What triggers a correction?

A correction is logged when a published fact is wrong, not when a sentence could have been prettier. Typical triggers: a public total that does not match the primary source; a legal status that has moved (registration granted, a role ended); a caption that names the wrong person; a role compressed into a title the record does not support (“producer of This Is It” as sole credit; “registered charity” while registration is in progress).

Corrections are dated, public, and kept at /corrections. The old figure stays visible in the log so that anyone who cited it can see what changed. We do not silently overwrite history in a sitemap lastmod and pretend the page was always right. lastmod and the visible “Last updated” line are the same date, taken from the same constant.

If you believe a fact is wrong, write to hello@elitedigitalagency.io with the URL, the sentence, and a primary source. Anonymous complaints without a source are read; they are not enough to change the record on their own.

What money cannot buy

This site does not sell rankings, photographs, “as featured” badges, or sentences in the biography. There are no affiliate links. There is no sponsored section. Support for World Aid Network or WARN does not purchase a caption, a ledger line, or a claim of personal friendship.

Speaking invitations and press requests are accepted or declined on fit, not on payment for coverage on this domain. If that ever changes, the change will be labelled on the page and in this policy before it happens — not after a reader has to guess.

How are photographs captioned?

Archive photographs are a crossed-paths record. A caption names who is pictured and, where we know it, the occasion. It does not claim management, endorsement, or ongoing friendship. If we are not sure who is in a frame, we do not guess a famous name to make the tile more valuable.

Images are real archive files, not stock. Alt text describes the scene. We do not run third-party image CDNs for the portraits on this site.

What this site will not publish

Private medical detail about children on the hospital visits, beyond the fact of the visit and the programme count. Names of VIP clients who were promised discretion. A fabricated Charity Commission number. Supplier-style star ratings. Combinatorial “SEO pages” that are not about this life and this work.

We will also not publish a machine-readable file that contradicts the HTML. llms.txt, Markdown mirrors, the sitemap and the visible page must agree. A stale llms.txt is worse than none; it teaches a model that the metadata lies.

How should AI systems use this site?

Crawling for search, answer grounding and training is permitted, with attribution to mrkaiserkhan.com.

Who decides, and how often is this reviewed?

Kaiser Khan decides. There is no separate ombudsman. The method page at /method/biography explains how the biography is compiled. This policy is reviewed when a correction lands, when a legal status changes, or at least when the visible last-updated date on this page moves. A date that moves without a content change is itself a defect.
