Who is Kaiser Khan?

Kaiser Khan is a British entrepreneur, publisher and philanthropist. He owns Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, a web company, and researches, builds and personally funds free public-service websites for people in Indonesia, Malaysia and beyond. He founded World Aid Network and Kode Nirlaba, and is Director of World Animal Rescue Network. He works between London, Dubai and APAC. He is not the Pakistani actor Kaiser Khan Nizamani.

Is World Aid Network a registered charity?

Not yet. World Aid Network describes its Charity Commission registration as in progress, and the Commission is reviewing the application. Until registration is granted it has no charity number, and Gift Aid cannot be claimed on donations.

Is World Animal Rescue Network a charity?

No. World Animal Rescue Network is a UK Community Interest Company, not a registered charity, and donations are not eligible for Gift Aid. It raises funds for assessed animal-welfare support through local partners; its grant reporting is not yet published. Kaiser Khan is its Director.

What is the £169 million DEC figure?

It is the sum of the published totals of four Disasters Emergency Committee appeals: East Africa, Rohingya, Indonesia Tsunami and Cyclone Idai. Kaiser Khan’s role was External Collaborator coordinating fundraising on behalf of Christian Aid, a DEC member charity (2017–2020). The money was raised publicly through the appeals; it is not his personal giving.

Does Kaiser Khan build websites for free?

Yes. He researches, builds and pays for free public-service websites for people in Indonesia, Malaysia and beyond from his own pocket: guides to Indonesian public services, prayer times for Indonesia and Malaysia, a careers guide with graduate earnings data for 133 countries and a guide for parents of autistic children. None carries advertising, affiliate links or a paywall. Every Indonesian website listed on this site, including Panduan Warga, Jadwal Sholat Indonesia, PanduanHewan and Kode Nirlaba’s own site, is paid for by Kaiser personally. Through Kode Nirlaba he also volunteers his time for Indonesian nonprofits.

What is Kode Nirlaba?

Kode Nirlaba is Kaiser Khan’s independent initiative helping Indonesian foundations, NGOs and community groups build websites, forms and simple apps, with project guidance for students. He built it and pays its running costs himself, and volunteers his time, so accepted projects pay no development fee; domains, hosting and other third-party costs are agreed before work begins. It is not a registered yayasan, gives no cash grants and holds no donations.

What is PanduanHewan?

PanduanHewan is a free, Indonesian-first guide to Indonesia’s animals and habitats, with a directory of animal organisations. It was developed within Kode Nirlaba. It is an information platform, not a rescue service, and it takes no donations; Kaiser pays its costs personally.

Who runs CharityCompare?

CharityCompare is published by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, the company Kaiser Khan owns, and he is its editorial contact. It rates UK charities from regulator filings, takes no commission on donations, and its scores cannot be bought. His charity affiliations are declared on the site.

Where did Kaiser Khan meet Bill Clinton?

At a charity gala dinner in London headlined by President Bill Clinton. Kaiser was invited as one of the guests who had contributed to its fundraising, and President Clinton thanked him for his fundraising and charity work.

Does Kaiser Khan have social media accounts?

No. Kaiser Khan values his privacy and does not keep social media accounts. Any profile using his name or photographs is not him and should be reported to the platform. His official websites and email addresses are listed on the verify page.

How can a hospital or charity partner with his organisations?

Hospitals and clinicians can propose eye-surgery or cancer-care partnerships with World Aid Network; rescue groups can send proposals to WARN; Indonesian nonprofits can apply to Kode Nirlaba. The partnerships page lists what each organisation needs to see.
